Not when the bike is off, if it is wired the way the manual specifies: the positive lead goes to the ACC (ignition-switched) circuit, not straight to the battery, and the negative lead to the bike’s negative. That way the screen powers up with the key and down with it.
Why it matters
This is the first question anyone asks before cutting into a harness, and it is also where a bad install goes wrong: a screen wired directly to the battery stays live in a garage for a week and meets you with a flat battery.

What does the manual say exactly?
Connect the positive terminal to the ACC interface and the negative terminal to the negative terminal of the motorcycle power supply. Two wires, not three.
Does the screen have its own battery?
No. It runs from the bike. That is why the ACC connection is the one that matters.
