Overview

This website is operated by Cabinory. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and compatibility

Our products are aftermarket accessories. Each product page lists the vehicles, head units, phones and operating systems it supports. Checking compatibility before ordering is the customer's responsibility. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it will work with your setup. We cannot guarantee compatibility with vehicles, phones or software versions that are not listed, or with future software updates released by third parties.

Apple, CarPlay, Google, Android Auto, Netflix, YouTube and other names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Cabinory is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Safe use

Devices that display video in a vehicle are intended for passengers, or for use while the vehicle is parked. Do not watch video while driving. Install products so that they do not obstruct your view or interfere with airbags or controls, and follow the traffic laws where you live. The customer is responsible for lawful and safe use.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping, import duties and taxes. We may correct pricing errors, and may cancel and refund any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, or stock issues; in that case you receive a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and is handled under the Refund Policy.

Delivery times

Delivery windows on this site are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our control do not entitle the customer to cancel a dispatched order or to compensation.

Warranty and remedies

Products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, handled under our Refund Policy. Remedies are, at our discretion, troubleshooting, a partial refund, a replacement part, or a replacement unit. The warranty does not cover physical or water damage, modification, incorrect installation, or issues caused by third-party software.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve almost every issue directly, and we respond to every dispute with the order, tracking and correspondence records.
