Does the MINI Cooper Convertible Have Apple CarPlay?

Two things that list does not tell you: whether CarPlay is standard or optional on your trim, and whether it is wired or wireless. "Not on Apple's list" is not the same as "cannot have CarPlay": a dealer software update or an aftermarket head unit can add it to an older car, and Apple's list would not show that. It means only that Apple does not list a factory CarPlay option for the Cooper Convertible in that year.

What Apple's list says, and what it does not

Apple's own footnote is the caveat that applies here: CarPlay "is either standard or available as an option," and "some models may support CarPlay or car keys only in certain configurations."
